My name is Marcee and I am so happy you stumbled onto my page!
Being a Property Manager since 2013 and with my love of firearms and traveling, I wanted to bring my readers some useful knowledge by sharing tips, stories, and insights, which is what you will find sprinkled in this blog!
I currently live in the beautiful, salt-air filled area of Wilmington, NC. Where you may find me catching a sunset on the water, with a fishing pole in my hand and a fuzzy white dog named Lucky by my feet. Born in Tampa, FL, I moved just outside the Wilmington area at the age of 3 where my family raised me to shovel horse manure, feed chickens, and always say “please, thank-you, ma’am and sir”. At the age of 10, my mother, father and I moved closer to the beach and city-side of town, where I became used to having sand and saltwater glued to my feet daily. I later attended college at the University of North Carolina Wilmington, and eventually dove into Real Estate.
Property Management became my full-time career in 2013, and ever since I have managed a mixture of over 400 of a variety of different single-family homes and commercial buildings. Along with currently being a licensed Property Manager for Ultimate Property Management since 2015, I am currently also an agent and REALTOR with Keller Williams Realty.
I fell in love with all things firearm related and with a great deal of hours of training under my belt, shooting became my daily passion. With a firearm (or two) by my side, my unrooted feet and exploratory mind lead my desire to travel and explore. My hopes are I can bring my fellow second amendment supporting readers, like you, an inspiration to travel to new places, create a community of women shooters, and experience new things while bringing you honest opinions, insights and tips from a property manager’s point of view.
